La Quinta Inn Reno - 雷诺

Once I checked the room out I realized that there was no remote with the TV so I called the front desk who said they would send one over with a maintenance man.

He gave us a room that had not been cleaned.

I had asked for a 1st floor room but neglected to ask for one on the outside.

I was placed in an inner courtyard room which complicated things a bit since I was only there for one night and had to be moving luggage in and out.

Because all the gamblers subsidize the hotel rooms for the non-gamblers at the Hilton.

Very good rooms, loads of fast food as well as restaurants and nice pool.

Same for the free breakfast and the pool is maintained nicely.

The continental breakfast consisted of cereal and has a nice heated indoor pool.

And of course you can't beat the "free" continental breakfast!

There's free breakfast and wi-fi, both nice touches.

Very good value for money, great service and the maids are efficient.

The staff was extremely helpful in any questions I had and professional.

The view is sweet, the staff is friendly and helpful.

It's a La Quinta, so apparently no wake up service was available.

They have a free shuttle to/from the airport if you need it, and free parking for travelers (my folks leave their car there regularly when they fly).

My laptop connected to the free internet once and excellent swimming pool.

The pool is maintained nicely and it's a pleasure just sitting around it.

Nice clean room and the free continental breakfast is a complete brekafast.

The staff was friendly and helpful, bathroom was very clean.

Service was very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean.

I highly recommend it for business travelers that just want a reasonable price, clean room, friendly staff and no distractions.
