  The furniture, decor, etc were all old and out of date and although the room was not really dirty, it was apparent that the hotel had not been deep-cleaned in quite some time. PROS: Continental breakfast, Good Location (food, shopping nearby). Pets allowed at no cost, price is not great for what you get, but decent, smoking rooms available.

  Because the price of the room was 79 per night (weekend rate) I knew this would not be a 4-star hotel but assumed it would not be a budget hotel either. I expect all smoking rooms to smell of smoke obviously, but my room had a very old, stale cigarette smell. Floors in my room creaked which was annoying and also made me worry that I was bothering the people underneath my room.

  He then assigned us to a room that had not been cleaned-dirty towels and bathroom, bed not made up-still had dirty linen on it. He did then change us to a suite at no extra charge which we appreciated but overall it was not a good experience.

  We arrived at 9 pm and had to wait 20 minutes while the desk clerk went over and over information with some non English speaking people.
