The location is great right near Universal, the hotel is ideal located around the corner from Universal and the staff is friendly.

A good location -- was close to Universal, the hotel staff was very helpful and the shower looked as housekeeping had TRIED to clean.

Overall, location was excellent, I just wasn't very comfortable with the smell and I would probably not stay at the hotel again.

The rooms are outdated, stink, uncomfortable bed (we could feel the springs), luke warm shower with hardly any water pressure.

I stayed in a room with a king bed and found the room to be.

The comforters on the bed looked old and faded by the sun, and there were stains on the them as well as on the chairs in the room.

Bath room was big, the breakfast was adequate.

They folded and arranged the kids special sleeping blankets and stuffed animals on the bed.

The breakafast bar was constantly overseen to make sure there was plenty of food.

I ate breakfast outside the hotel after the first day.

We were within walking distance of a few restaurants, fast food and sit down family restaurants.

The women assisted us at the hotel front desk were great, the staff was good and room was clean.

The manager at the front desk kindly gave us a different room that did not smell quite so bad & the complimentary breakfast was very good with good selection.

A few pretty good outlet centers, not bad tasting for hotel lobby breakfast and the housekeeping staff was not very friendly or helpful.
