Particularly good location next to Colorado State University, waffle house and downtown Old town Fort Collins, fast check-in. Also, in his own restaurant. Outstanding services too. The hotel's position was favourable and easy, to the Denver airport. We had a good hot meal in the morning and some outstanding food at the snack bar. We liked this property and will be back.

The location of La Quinta Inn & Suites is excellent, just off Highway 25 and close to various dining and business establishments. The room was spacious and had a flat-screen TV and free high-speed internet access, which made my stay comfortable. The hotel also offers three meeting rooms and complimentary wireless Internet access, making it a convenient choice for business travelers.

My stay was marred by the noise from construction work outside my window in the morning. This lack of privacy and disturbance impacted my ability to rest peacefully.

The pet-friendly facility had a noticeable smell of urine in some areas, possibly indicating the need for carpet shampooing.
