The location was also perfect, offering quick jaunts to absolutely anywhere within San Antonio - right off 410 and 281, and very close to the airport.

I really liked the location since it was close to several restaurants and there is a Wal-Mart about a 5 mins walk across a parking lot away.

We stayed there for a couple of days before we headed to our next location.

The hotel is minutes from the airport, which is great when you are flying in and out quickly.

The hotel also has a shuttle to and from the airport which runs from 4am-12am.

The sleeping rooms could use some updating, but my bed was very comfortable.

Having said that, room was clean, bed was very comfortable.

My family of 6 stayed at the La Quinta San Antonio Airport in March 2007 The suite slept six of us fairly well with one king bed for three of us, a roll-away and a sleeper sofa.

Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly, my bed was extremely comfortable.

The mall up the street is extremely nice, standard continental breakfast - large dining area w/ 3 waffle irons and this hotel/motel is ideal for families on a budget.

Breakfast was good, but get there early, it get way too crowded late.

My daughter and I enjoyed the shopping and restaurants at Quarry station and North Star Mall.

The pool area was nice, small patio with a few chairs and tables with umbrellas and the pool was small but nice, they had a Jacuzzi area but full of kids as to be expected at this type of hotel.

The pool, although small, was very clean except for the petals of the nearby pink trees, which added a spa-like touch!

When I found glass chips in our rug on the first day of our stay, housekeeping came right away to vacuum it all up.
