  Embassy Suites was $300/night, and I was not going to pay that for only a 3 star. More parking spaces in the front of hotel would have been nice. The single, roughly 15ft by 15ft King bedroom had a faux wood floor entrance, and dark blue carpeting. The bathroom in the room was clean as well as the bathroom downstairs on the ground floor (big plus). I have allergies and this hotel chain is pet friendly. There was pet hair on my socks in the room, but the carpet otherwise looked vacuumed.

  I paid $111 a night, I guess due to a Hurricanes hockey game going on in the city and hotel prices were generally elevated or booked. Pet Hair, Big LCD TV, One Elevator, Sorry Free Breakfast, Not Enough Parking.

  The hotel is very good value for money, located ideally (not just for shopping or eating, but also to get directions to if you are too cheap to rent a navigational device as I always am. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, and the rooms are spacious and very clean (the refurbishment is a success as well).

  They didn't give me my wake up call as requested so I was running 20 minutes late to the airport. The staff was friendly enough but I probably wouldn't stay again.

  This hotel has just renovated the rooms and they all have LCD tv's and brand new pillow top matresses!

  There was only one employee in the lobby so I couldn't get assistance.

  All i can say is the hallway carpet is full of stains on the way to the elevator and the entire hotel reeked of smoke. I couldn't even go to my room i was so disgusted! There was a guy on the floor smoking on the way to my room, and i requested a no smoking room, maybe next time i should ask for a no smoking hallway, since we all know smoke travels. It was so bad that i had to look for an other room at midnight after 12 hours of flying.

  It's a great location, an easy two or three miles from the stadium. This is by far the best $60 a night room I've ever gotten (from LaQuinta. It's in a good location, right near a large upscale shopping mall with chains like PF Changs and Cheesecake Factory to eat, there's also a McDonalds within walking distance. The hotel is right off the interstate, but in the trees enough to be quiet. The most comfortable bed in a budget hotel, or any hotel, you could find. It was a great location and it would have been worth the price if I would have paid double what I paid. Excellent hotel at an unbelievable price.

  Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to all requests.

  No clothes hook on the bathroom door.

  The hotel was very nice, they were renovating part of the hotel while we were there. The part we were in was clean and had all the amenities we expected.

  The staff talked with the children and made them feel welcome. The breakfast had something everyone liked.

  Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating.

  Lobby decorated tastefully for Christmas. Only complaint was people were smoking in non smoking rooms which filtered into my room. Why book a non smoking room if you are going to annoy others and smoke? Had to call staff who responded immediately.

  Rooms were huge and so were the bathrooms. The decor in the rooms is cheesey but that took nothing away from the overall stay. 20 minutes from the airport and Crabtree Mall just steps away.
