This safe hotel tempted us with beautiful views. The staff was very friendly and extra attentive all day long. The rooms were beautiful and big with private bathrooms. The bed was good, as were the pillows. The location was magnificent and incredibly comfortable, plus the breakfast was delicious. The venue was placed 16 miles away from the airport.

It has marvellous location in Puebla not far from Angelopolis, the best shopping center and the airport. The rooms are exceptionally clean and beautiful and the staff is AMIABLE.

The location is marvellous and comfortable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an iconic urban observation wheel. The staff are supper friendly and I loved their attitude.

Location: the hotel was near Angelopolis mall and the Angelopolis shopping center and Costco. Angelopolis district was worth exploring. I loved the room with a beautiful view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I would stay again and again, liked its location, no complaints. The hotel is neat, with extra attentive personal, and offers excellent location close enough to Puebla as well as the stylish Angelopolis shopping centre.

Overall a real good stay especially on a business trip. Neat place with very friendly and extra attentive staff and wonderful view of the mountains. Magnificent and stunning location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a huge observation wheel. Good restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the volcano. The staff was professional, polite, and treated us incredibly well.

Food for breakfast could have been a bit better with more options.

The hotel was extremely convenient, had stunningly beautiful views and particularly good location near the best shopping center and the restaurant and a shopping mall. Climate control, multi-channel television and a writing table were available in our a double room. The breakfast was substantial and included, and the staff were affable. The service was excellent and the pool was nice. Miratoyac was close to the property, loved its location in everything they are so kind.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The best aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel facilities, the convenient parking, and the easy transportation options. The location was fantastic, as it was near everything in the modern area and close to the best shopping center. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a delicious selection of chilaquiles, pastries, fruit, coffee, and fruit juice. The staff were incredibly professional, polite, and friendly throughout our stay.
