The price is comparable to all of the other hotels in this area.
The hotel is midway between 2 subway stations, approximately 3/8 mile in either direction and in a working class part of Paris on a semi-busy street.
There are no notable tourist attractions in this area so we spent a lot of time on the subway, which was efficient and safe (buy a Carte of ten tickets to save money).
The staff was excellent, not a far ride to the beach, the towels were so soft, the bed was comfy, close to the mall, and they had a great breakfast in the lobby (which impressed my kids because of all the choices they had.
The room was on the 4th floor overlooking the pool/hot tub/gazebo area, it was a very nice view.
The irresponsability of the personal who give me a room after 4 hours i was there because they only have one person to cleans the rooms and they dont have a room ready.
The lobby/pool/hot tub areas were well maintained, the service was friendly and then the room we were assigned had NOT in fact been cleaned.
The hot Tub was not working appropriately it wasn't hot at all and it had murky water also filled from debris from landscaping.
The free continental breakfast was very filling and on par with other breakfasts served at hotels in this price range.
They offer a continental breakfast (extra cost) which wound up being one of the better options if you're watching your food costs.
Breakfast was terrific and the staff was super friendly and efficient.
The jacuzzi was nice and the free continental breakfast was very filling.
The breakfast in the morning wasn't bad and the internet connection was good.
We rated this above average mainly due to the helpfulness of the front desk staff.
We liked that this hotel was dog friendly and the maid service was just wonderful.

We enjoyed the hotel-my husband used the Jacuzzi and we had our dog with us, so being a pet-friendly hotel was very important to us.
The only bad part was one of the elevators didn't work and my key sometimes didn't work.
They are known for their high speed internet access.
However, the clerk had to go find housekeeping personnel to locate a clean room because they were not up to date on their computers.
The room was clean (though the elevator needed some updating) and the service was friendly.
The rooms are quiet and clean and the service is excellent.
The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was impeccable in keeping it that way for the 6 days we stayed.
It's not fancy but it met all our requirements of a clean room in a safe neighborhood with a tourist-friendly staff and public transportation nearby.
