The location was perfect, this hotel had very nice and the desk staff was friendly.
Convenient location, this hotel makes an adequate base for exploring the area and the room started out clean enough.
The La Quintal Kalispell is a great place to stay due to its convenient location and its performance to keep its guests comfortable and supply most every thing a person would need away from home.
Across the street from the motel is a Walmart, a grocery store (down the road a little bit) and a gas station, so gasing up the car on the way to the airport is easy.
Airport and I thought it was very modern and certainly comfortable.
The room was large with a very comfortable pillowtop bed.
My main focal point of any hotel / motel is the bed and this one certainly did the job, although the bedding was a little thin for my liking.
Bed had pillowtop mattress and made sleeping in it a joy.
I got one of the rooms with the 'mountain view', although I couldn't see much from the room.

The lobby is small and had a daily, if not constant, distribution of trash from the coffee bar, holiday candy dish and discarded newspapers.
The on-site cooked portion of the continental breakfast was inedible, the hotel rate was very good and the service was excellent.
I have learned not to expect five-star service from what appears to be summer hires, but with a bit of effort the desk attendants could have been much more helpful to some basic requests and services.

Yes, we complained - the girl at the desk said she thought all of the houskeeping staff had already left for the day, so our son cleaned it up for us.
Pool, spa, sauna and exercise room were nice to use in the Montana winter.

On checkout two of the housekeeping staff were standing at the front entrance smoking and we had to walk through unpleasant cigarette smoke to enter the lobby.
The staff is very friendly and super accomodating, the rooms are clean and comfortable, great amenities, and they even make fresh baked cookies every evening!
