La Quinta Inn & Suites Jacksonville Mandarin - 傑克遜維爾

The location was a little tricky to find in heavy traffic but it felt safe once we arrived.

Fantastic swimming pool right outside the hotel's front door, entry via hotel key- 5 foot 6" deep.

We could not smell it in the bedroom portion of the room, but we could in the bathroom and vanity area near the door.

Mattress on the bed was hard, only three pillows were in the room and they were flat.

Some of things that were a turn-off: stained underside of bedspread, brown smuge on blanket, old razer blade on bath room counter, bottle cap on rug, hot water provided by front desk for tea, had dirt floating in cup.

Great for the price, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, comfy beds, pet friendly.

Comfy bed and quiet, free local calls, pretty outdoor pool.

The FREE continental breakfast was great, and had lots of choices- eating kosher, we were very pleased to have an OU-wrapped bagel (the OU is small, but it's there!

Decent continental-type breakfast offered in the morning but the staff did not replenish the food or drink during the busiest times.

Complimentary continental breakfast on first morning was not kept up and many food items were depleted.

Sheets were clean and the morning breakfast was great - my 6YO loved the make--yourself waffles.

One even cooked my waffle for me at breakfast.

Some of the staff did not speak English but the receptionist did speak English.

I thought the front desk was a bit understaffed (only one employee per shift all weekend), but they were very nice and accommodating.

A wonderful place to stay, friendly front desk.

Nice decor, good upkeep, pretty outdoor pool.

The hotel has ungone some nice renovations to their interior furnishing and decoration but needs to bring their housekeeping up to a better standard.

Free parking right outside the hotel (as can be expected in this area).

There is no hot tub, but free wireless AND WIRED internet.

Great hotel, customer service: Good and room we were given was clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was very clean.

We did not want our room cleaned while we were there, the cleaning staff seemed upset by this and were very eager to clean our room.

Other than that, the rooms were a decent size and pretty clean.

We were very pleased to find the room clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and the breakfasts tasty and filling.
