  Clean and the staff was good.

  The breakfast was not good at all.

  The staff is great. The room was clean. The hotel looked like it had recently been renovated. The breakfast left something to be desired.

  The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The only problem was with the pool lighting; the pool was beautiful with lovely landscaping with nice exterior lighting, however, the in-pool light was not working.

  I mentioned this to the staff and they said the manager was working on resovling the problem.

  We found this hotel very comfortable, quiet and clean. Our room was comfortable and its configuration was different from other places we have stayed.

  During our stay, there were two vehicle vandalism incidents in the parking lot, including my own. The hotel would not compensate me for the damage done to my vehicle stating "there were signs indicating that the hotel is not responsible for damage" to vehicles in their parking lot.

  I've stayed in all non-smoking rooms, some double, some king with fridge and microwave. During the warmer months, it is nice to get 1st floor room facing the courtyard. These rooms have a door from the room to the courtyard which is nice.

  The place was clean, nicely laid out and close to a lot of fast food places.

  Driving from the airport should take between 25 - 35 minutes. The room has a microwave and mini fridge hidden in one cabinet. The bathroom has minimal amenities ("facial" soap and "bath" soap, as well as conditioning shampoo). The king size bed was firm and had three pillows on it. There's a little garden area next to the hotel that's surprisingly nicely landscaped, with a gazebo and chairs. The pool seemed pretty nice, altho a little dirty in the evening (my guess is that it probably gets cleaned once a day, during the afternoon). The hot tub would be nice also, had it been working (turning the timer dial didn't do anything). I didn't get a chance to try out the fitness room for a more bizarre reason. The day that I arrived, teenage pranksters had set off the fire sprinklers in the fifth floor room, trashing & flooding all the rooms directly below, including the fitness room.

  Despite the soaked carpet and the front desk guys saying the cost was in the "hundreds of thousands of dollars", I didn't notice any actual structural damage to the building beyond the sopping carpets and furniture stacked on top of each other in the affected rooms.

  My room was better than what I was expecting and very clean. If I can think of any negatives its probably that it was a distance from all places I ended up going to like round rock, downtown, the airport and watch out for incidental fees.

  The location of this hotel on Mopac is very convient if you have a car, although getting the right exits off the freeways to the hotel is a bit confusing. Generally the Austin Mopac facility lived up to my expectations the rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

  The room was quite clean but there was the same trash in the stairwell the entire 48 hours we were there and the carpet in the elevator looked pretty shabby. A final annoying thing was that in every interaction the staff reminded us that we would be sent a survey by the hotel chain and they hoped we would give them a 10.

  Convenient location right off mopac, the hotel is clean and looks nice, but it shows its age in a few spots. Otherwise a nice enough hotel, indoor corridors, elevator.

  One problem for us was an extremely noisy toilet that was hard to flush and made a terrible howling sound when it did finally flush. Wasn't just our room either, we heard the same noisy toilets in the adjacent rooms. The faucet in the shower/tub also leaked, so there was a constant drip-drip-drip noise. Typical free breakfast with cereals, yogurt, bagels, coffee, and they did have a make-your-own waffle machine (with batter) there.
