La Quinta Inn & Suites Atlanta Perimeter Medical

We arrived at about 11 pm on a Friday night, and I was very pleased with the location.

I must say compared to my last stay at this location Feb'07 when I was totally disappointed, it was a great improvement.

I love this location, the area is great, and the price and amenity.

The hotel is less than 2 miles from the MARTA Dunwoody subway station which can take you most anywhere a tourist in Atlanta would want to go: CNN Center, Turner Field, the Airport, Georgia Tech, etc.

The MARTA station is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are sidewalks most of the way.

The Hotel is Awesome, the exterior is just as nice - a very nice pool/hot-tub area and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL.

Cleanliness - The hotel room was pretty clean and modern, all the staff were very friendly, the bathroom was nice.

The La Quinta was indeed quite nice (large well-designed room and bathroom, good free breakfast, friendly and competent staff) although my hunch is that other chain hotels in the area would be just about as good.

We were also given a bad room at first and before we brought up our bags, we went to the front and asked to change rooms, the second room was very clean and up to our standards.

I noticed that the flooring in room's entrance area and the bathroom was that linoleum stuff that looks like wood floors.

We ate the continental breakfast, which lasts from 6 - 9 a.

This area, too, was very clean, superbly decorated, and the breakfast was pretty good as well.

Outside tables near the breakfast area and good value at weekends.

The area seems pleasant and safe and there is a small shopping area with supermarket and restaurants within a couple of blocks.

We highly recommend the revolving restaurant at the top of the Weston Downtown Atlanta for lunch, called the Sun Dial Restaurant.

The service is friendly, front desk staff very helpful at check-in and the most comfortable bedding/mattress I have ever slept on.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, the room was large and clean.

Staff- The young lady at the front desk was excellent, the room was very quiet all nights that we were there and the continental breakfast was rather meager.

Our room was right outside the jacuzzi/pool area on the first floor.

The area is great, the hotel itself is 7 stories high and the lobby is very nice.

I have stayed at some hotels in Atlanta where I was afraid of leaving my car unattended and even more afraid of crossing the parking lot to enter the building!

The rooms have high speed internet, however it is wired Ethernet and they hope to upgrade to wireless soon.

The hotel was located near business buildings, the staff was friendly at all times and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The room was very clean and nicely decored.

Breakfast was served in the spacious lobby, the staff was friendly and helpful, this room was clean.

Bathroom were very clean, the breakfast was great.
