We stayed in a hotel on the San Antonio riverwalk that could not come close to the hospitality or ambience of this hotel for double that price!

We didn't order room service, but the room service prices were extremely reasonable for a hotel.

We got a rate of $85 which seemed well below what you would pay for a hotel like this anywhere else.

The location is great right by all the restaurants, the hotel is fine and the front desk is very polite.

Perfect location on the border, great shopping, resteraunts and convience to all of the citie's attractions.

The ambiance,the location,the staff,the food.

Hotel has great location directly on the US/ Mexico border.

Don't take a cab or carriage ride in Mexico and stay on Guerro St.

The bedroom had a king size bed and a very large roomy bathroom.

My colleagues complained about their musty rooms but my new room on the concierge floor overlooking the river was huge and well appointed with a very nice bathroom.

The hotel was nice, the service across the board was excellent and the suite's living room had free wi-fi.

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a large bathroom with 2 sinks.

Then there was a dining table area, living room w/balcony and 1/2 bath.

Cheap prices on shopping quality items, modern rooms and fine restaurant for breakfast.

Also breakfast in the restaurant was good, the pools were nice.

Fine restaurant for breakfast with some great mex specialties.

The food quality was as good as we can get in any Austin Restaurant, room service was quick and accurate.

The food in the main restaurant isn't great, but hot.

Inside the hotel is very luxurious, the staff is amazing and room service is prompt.

Service in each are consistently excellent in quality and the staff is nice.

In fact, everyone from the doorman to the parking garage attendants were very kind.

However, if you prefer something newer, there is a new courtyard/pool for you.

The entrance to the hotel and the interior lobby is above par.

They had already installed free wireless internet access throughout the hotel.

Anyone who has ever checked into a hotel that advertised wireless only to have trouble getting online because one of the access points was down – knows exactly what I’m talking about.

    3 fine restaurants on-site, wonderful hotel and the building was interesting. Moreover the service was some of the best I've experienced anywhere, the room was meticulously cleaned each morning and the food in the cafe was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and the pools as well were all beautiful.

    Located at the heart of the historic district in the City and very clean hotel. Interesting spanish-style building and all for a very reasonable price. One enters a beautiful lobby and prompt service.

    Convenient covered parking under the building, the service at this hotel was fantastic and as far as the staff was concerned they all seemed nice enough. In addition the suite was huge and the food was excellent was well presented.

    Easily the best place in Laredo for tourists, great service and the tv sits in a huge amoire. Good food.

    Centrally located on the old plaza downtown, the check-in staff was not overly friendly.
