Our family had an amazing time at a beautiful resort located right on the ocean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the water. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed. The service was exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The resort also had a pool and tennis court, perfect for some family-friendly fun.
We did find that some of the other facilities were not up to par.

I generally don’t post reviews but after experiencing such bad customer service and rude staff who doesn’t even say “hello” or buongiorno” to their guests, chefs (two older gentlemen) having arguments with guests is just unbelievable.

Room and Pool
Stayed at this hotel recently and the room was spacious and clean. The pool was also a great place to relax and cool off. The location was also good as it was close to a few tourist attractions.
The food was mediocre at best and the service was poor. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and often ignored requests.
