Hotel La Paul Sirmione - 西尔米奥奈

Nice location, quiet atmosphere even was lokated nearby shops and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

The location was great nearby the lake, hotel workers were very nice and helpful, the staff were very friendly.

The location was brilliant as the town centre was just a 5 minute walk away and there was a bus stop just a few metres up the road.

The bed was comfortable, our breakfast was more than adequate and the pool was very pleasant.

Only gripe was that when then people in the room next door flushed their toilets it was very loud.

When we told reception we were not happy and would like to move rooms they argued that there was nothing wrong with the room they had put us in!

It offers run down reception area,bedrooms,dining room and just about everything else.

We arrived and were shown to our room (cupboard) which believe it or not had no window at all.

The charming old town centre is about 5 mins walk from the hotel and has excellent restaurants and shops as well as lots of places of historical interest including a fine castle and a massive roman villa on the tip of the peninsula.

We had booked B&B, prefering to eat out and sample the local restaurants.

I would not recommend the restaurant either very poor quality food for Italy.

Very good buffet breakfast (at the La Paul), even with some hot food, unusual for Italy.

Many good priced restaurants and bars and easy access to other Lake Garda resorts via ferry.

The reception staff, night porter and hotel workers were very nice and helpful, but the overall feeling was that the staff were unhappy and that the problem came from above – the manager maybe.

Hotel was very clean, wold suggest they kept passports in a safe rather than loose behind the front desk and first receptionist that met us was very nice and helpful.
