We recently stayed at a hotel in Mallorca and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and our needs were always met. The breakfast spread was delicious and there were a variety of facilities available for entertainment. The only downside was a language barrier with some of the other guests. it was a wonderful stay.

The only hotel I have ever stayed in that doesn,t accept credit cards only cash. The food was very bad, we were half board but unable to eat there so ate out which made a three day break expensive. No fridge in the room.

Room cleaned every day
The staff were rude to the point of taking a bottle of water from me when I was taking medication for a chest infection at the pool - I must point out that their bar was not open for me to get water from them - my husband complained but as no-one spoke any english only german and spanish - it fell on deaf ears. This is a hotel for German tourists not British Tourists and should be advertised as such - our 9 year old couldnt even commmunicate with the other kids in the pook making his holiday enjoyment limited as the German kids stuck together. Only plus side was room cleaned every day

Room cleaned daily. Convenient location close to key attractions and amenities. Enjoyed the daily maid service and returning to a clean room each day.
Staff were rude and unhelpful, even taking a bottle of water from me while I was taking medication by the pool. Language barrier made communication difficult, as most staff only spoke German and Spanish.

The staff was extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make our Christmas experience unforgettable. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel offered a range of activities for both adults and children, allowing everyone to find something they enjoyed.
One issue we encountered during our stay was a language barrier with some of the other guests. Most of the guests were German, and as English speakers, it was sometimes challenging to communicate with them.
