This hotel deserves a high praise for its exceptional service and its luxurious facilities. The personnel effortlessly fulfilled all of my exclusive amenities needs, making me feel pampered and special. The indoor swimming pool and the sauna offered a perfect relaxation time, while the massage at the Spa Centre was a remarkable, must-try experience.

The only minor issue was the limited options within the packed lunches and special diet menus. Nonetheless, I am still rating this venue positively, as it was compensated by the fantastic quality of the bar and lounge area, fitted with an extensive choice of fine dining options.

As we only stayed one night cannot give an assessment on facilities and suitability as a holiday base. We felt the quoted price of 24 francs for breakfast was too high, even by swiss standards.We chose the hotel because we needed to be near the station. Problems with the lifts when we wanted to leave caused a minor panic as we had a train to catch and were not physically capable of carrying our cases downb the spiral staircase but we were able to persuqade a member of staff to assists us (no porter)

It was especially convenient for our trips on the Glacier Express and Bernina Express.

Uncomfortable beds: Unfortunately, the beds in our room were quite uncomfortable. They were not as supportive as we would have liked, and we found it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I believe that in these times every hotel should have free internet acces. If this is considered too expensive increase the rate of each room by one or two FRANCS.

Directly opposite the station, up a short ramp, absolutely ideal to spend a few days before our Glacier Express trip. Free passes enabled us to use cable cars and buses locally... superb!

Great location for walking and biking trails and easy access to cable cars. Family run hotel with friendly staff and great service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel around the area. The rooms are large and comfortable, with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for sightseeing. it's a great base for exploring the region.

Some guests have mentioned that the hotel has a stale smell and is in need of renovation.

We had a fantastic dinner with the best service we had in Switzerland. The rooms were lovely.

It is about a five minute walk from the center of town.

Location is near the train station, near town center, walking distance to the cable car to the mountains and knowledgable staff and welling to help the guess.

The hotel is situated in the most convenient location. The hospitality is very good, the staff is very nice and the hotel has excellent food, especially the Alpine cuisine.
