The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and train station. We had a blast exploring the lively nightlife and checking out cool bars. The staff was super friendly and gave us awesome recommendations. Plus, the rooms were comfy and clean, perfect for crashing after a night of fun!

One thing we wished for was a more vibrant atmosphere in the hotel. It would've been great if there were some cool hangout spots or even a small lounge area where we could chill and meet other young travelers.

Loved the self-service check-in kiosk, felt like a tech-savvy queen. Great location near restaurants and bars. The European Flight Simulator was a blast, especially when I crashed the virtual plane.

Such a shame the library didn't have a book on how to avoid clogged sinks and non-functioning air conditioning.

My stay at a hotel in La Louviere was excellent. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center and the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist me with any issue, whether it was related to my accommodation or not. Despite not having a restaurant on-site, there were plenty of dining options in the area to choose from. The room itself was spacious and had a convenient little kitchenette. Plus, the receptionist spoke English which made communication easy.

I had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel, located right in the center of town. The location was convenient, near the train station and with many parking possibilities nearby. The hotel staff, especially a very helpful young man at the reception, spoke excellent English and assisted me in every way possible. The room was clean and the price was very good.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Came with bike on tour and could place in the cellar annex meeting room. Breakfast buffet was abundant and of good quality too. Hotel is really worth his price.

The hotel had no human help from evening to morning, leaving us vulnerable in case of any emergencies or illnesses.

The location was ideal, being close to the city center and train station, making it convenient for exploring the area. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a delicious continental breakfast.

The air conditioning in the rooms seemed to be malfunctioning, making the rooms uncomfortably hot at times. The lack of a coffee machine in the room was also disappointing, as it would have been nice to have the option to make our own coffee.

Harsh lighting and inadequate ventilation in bedroom and bathroom: the air-con unit was only effective in the small area around the bed. Breakfast - we were told that breakfast was served until 10:30am but when we arrived at 9am on our first day, there was no fresh bread, only a solidly frozen sliced white loaf. When we asked the only member of staff present for some fresh bread, she said in a very off-hand manner, that there was none. There was bread on subsequent days but this wasn't a good start!
