Freshly decorated, neat room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and towels. The breakfast was perfect and the location was magnificent.

We had a perfect stay at a charming B&B in a convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and served right to our room. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay.

Sylvia, the owner, was genuinely attentive to our needs. She gave excellent advice and suggestions. Her croissants were "to die for!" Serving breakfast in our bedroom was a nice touch: no need to get dressed for breakfast. She arranged for a tour of Tuscany with an excellent driver/guide in a luxury vehicle which was one of the best days of our two-week holiday.

The breakfast offered was decent and could be selected from a range of options. The hotel was in close proximity to the main attractions and train station which made it a convenient location. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming which made us feel at home.

During our Christmas stay at the hotel, we found the heating system to be insufficient which made the room extremely cold. Despite informing the staff, they were unable to resolve the situation which made our stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower water was barely warm which made it difficult for us to shower properly. we were disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

Nicely decorated, large room. Very close to train station and car rentals on Borgognisanti (sp?) street. Romantic setting as far B&Bs go.

Small shower cabin, but it seems it's the same at all Italy hotels i stayed at.
