  Great location value and the ocean was just two blocks away. The hotel was nice enough and additionally fresh fruit was available all day long in the lobby. Nearby restaurants were good and staff were friendly and helpful.

  Great beach, plenty of interesting shops and restaurants, as well as a supermarket, are nearby, the area is nice and quiet. La jolla is awesome, staff is friendly and to my suprise the bed is comfy than some INNs.

  Nice Mexican restaurant right across the street and location is great. It’s a good place to stay, don’t listen to the naysayers and first of all the staff are all very friendly. Pool is warm and hot tub even better.

  We loved that windansea beach was just a block away, the area was relatively quiet and the location was great, this hotel was worth the price. The staff were helpful and room was fine. Microwave was perfect for us and the continental breakfast was adequate and the coffee was good. The pool was small and private.

  One block walk to spectacular beach, just a 2 minute drive to the fabulous LA Jolla Cove area and the hotel is clean and peaceful. The staff is skilled and i liked the free high speed internet access.

  Great beach location, good Value and the staff were very friendly too. Our room was clean, fresh, an iron was available from the front desk and pool was lovely and refreshing after our hot days in September 2012.

  The location is perfect, a two minute walk to windansea beach, great for surfers and sunsets, this place is very good value for money, the entire staff is friendly, courteous. The rooms are clean and nice.

  The entire pool area, including a shower and washer dryer was immaculately clean, the value of this hotel was great. The staff were friendly, ac/heat worked well.

  The value for the area is fantastic, the hotel is not new, not ON the beach, and is not fancy, staff is always attentive and friendly. In LA Jolla there are a number of very good restaurants.
