The hotel exudes a real Canarian charm, with its beautiful buildings and lovely gardens. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's decoration and general areas to be delightful, creating a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The accessibility for senior people was well-considered, making it easy for me to navigate the property and enjoy my stay.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people by hoping for a more attentive staff. It would be beneficial if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests, ensuring that all requests are promptly addressed to enhance their comfort and convenience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rural Hacienda Del Buen Suceso for a peaceful getaway. Surrounded by banana trees, this charming hotel offered a calm and serene atmosphere. The room was lovely, with stylish old furniture that added to the rustic vibe. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty and fresh, and the staff was kind and helpful. I especially enjoyed the terrace with a hammock overlooking the banana plantation. The swimming pool and jacuzzi area were a bonus, even though I didn't have time to use them. a great place for rest and relaxation.

The hotel is very pleasant, in a quiet location on the outskirts of Arucas, with excellent facilities (heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room and small gym), helpful staff and a comfortable room.

Access to shower not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The food in the restaurant lacked imagination and would be best described as adequate home cooking, although the absence of fresh vegetables remains a complete mystery given the fertility of the island. This was a real shame as the only alternative restaurants required a car journey in the evenings.

Additionally, the breakfast spread, although lacking in freshly squeezed juices and strong coffee, offers a decent selection to kickstart your day.

The parking was ample and convenient, and the hotel's proximity to the surrounding villages made it easy to explore the island.

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at a rustic hotel, surrounded by beautiful grounds. The staff were friendly and attentive, giving us the perfect balance of assistance and privacy. Our junior suite was cozy and clean, with a charming terrace. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore Arucas and other nearby towns. The pool and jacuzzi were refreshing, although the pool could have been cleaner. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant, with very reasonable prices. The hotel helped us arrange affordable car hire, allowing us to explore the stunning coast and visit the charming town of Aguime. Despite some noise disruptions from a wedding setup, it didn't bother us too much. we had a great stay and would recommend this rural hacienda.

The breakfast provided at this hotel was top-notch. The spread included a variety of fresh fruits, homemade cakes, and even savory options like jamon and queso. It was a great start to the day!

During our Easter stay, we loved the beautiful building and the serene atmosphere of the hotel. The rustic charm and cleanliness of the rooms created a comfortable and cozy environment. the location of the hotel was ideal, providing a peaceful getaway while still being conveniently close to the town and its amenities. We also found the onsite restaurant to be a pleasant surprise, offering delicious meals at reasonable prices.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The lack of fresh coffee and the limited selection of food left much to be desired.

Nestled amidst a banana plantation and town centre, you can find a lovely restaurant in the town – Restaurant El Mercado – and be close to the Arucas centre. Room stay was pleasant with good service, comfortable beds and views of the lush surroundings. The bathroom was well-appointed though there was a peculiar low hum in some of the rooms. Breakfast was good with a nice selection to start the day. the outdoor pool area was well laid out.
