  Wonderful location and lovely hotel. Delightful buildings, excellent staff and our bedroom had a nice size window looking north. The service was rather surly and we paid an outrageous sum for 2 glasses of bubbly in the bar, gardens promote relaxation and the food was as expected. Dinner was very good and after our spa day, we slept incredinly well.

  Great views, a proper relais chateaux hotel and well furnished well maintained good proffessional staff. Our room was spacious, our private terrace was huge and sunny, another local restaurant was much more helpful. Service at dinner was equally disappointing.

  Lovely site and this hotel did disappoint as was advertised as a luxury 4 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, bed was comfortable, the service at breakfast was good.

  Very nice location, a very good place and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was royally comfortable and the restaurant was unbelieveable and very accommodating to my kids' picky tastes.

  Good views of the estuary and the normandy bridge, the hotel breakfast, , was the best we have ever had. The staff were wonderfully attentive and pleasant, the suite was nicely appointed.

  Calm of the entire area and one of the most beautiful towns you will ever see. This hotel is spectacular, the staff is friendly and the rooms are cosy. The restaurant first class gourmet cuisine and the pool facilities are excellent.

  Perfect location and town of Honfleur is spectacular. One of the most beautiful places i have ever stayed, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, spacious. Breakfast is excellent and service is faultless, at dinner, took an incredibly long time to get our food.

  Great location for walking into town and absolutely gorgeous hotel. The buildings are beautiful, the staff are very obliging and helpful, the Spa is lovely and the food very special. The gardens are awesome and well attended to.

  The views from the pools are gorgeous, quite simply one of the best breakfasts I have eaten at a hotel and main building are charming, beautiful and romantic.

  The staff is arrogant and terrible food and even worse rooms.

  On a more positive note, the pool and spa area was lovely, the linens and bedding were of first quality, the bed comfortable, not quite the view for we were willing to mortgage our house. The staff were excellent and the room and bath facilities were just adequate. Fireplace was no doubt the best for digestif and the sheets were nice and the duvet and pillows were very comfy.

  And the location is just perfect to visit all the main sites of normandy as very central, our room was amazing, the hotel grounds are amazing, and the spa is beautiful, breakfast is excellent.
