In old San Juan and hot tub cleaning. Erratic towel.

The staff at the hotel was very polite and accomidating, another great service La Concha had was the concierge desk, and esp. Food was top notch and the rooms were very nice.

We decided to stay in la concha because of its location and good reviews, staff were very attentive.

Rooms were disgusting and food was mediocre. The pools were also great and not crowded either.

Clean room and food very good. The pastry chef deserves 20 thumbs up as well, great pools.

The prices at the on site bars and restaurants are way overpriced, the bus stop is right on the hotel property and Old San Juan is.

Enjoyable pool area and great Stay. Staff very friendly and professional, the manager was also very nice to step in and help in long lines. Our room was amazing, our breakfast at Level 25 restaurant was excellent.
