The location is very good, rooms of this hotel are excellent.
The staff was always very nice and helpful, our room had a great canopy type bed.
Our room had a great canopy type bed and a dark hardwood floor.
We stayed in Praga which had a japanese theme with a low bed.
The bathroom was well equipped with a "designer" suite and had a shower pod with body jets - much better than expected.
The lady on reception was very friendly and the bathroom was well equipped.
They recently renovated some of their rooms, nice restaurants and large choice of dishes.
He was very helpful during breakfast (which was included) and got us everything we could have needed.
We don't speak very much Italian but we were able to communicated with the staff without any problem.
There is a pool for the kids, but it's only small and not heated.
