Everything is great, loved my time here. The location is great and particularly good, as the hotel is based very close to downtown. The rooms are fantastic and magnificent and generally offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. Private bathroom is good.

Best aspects of the hotel were the cleanliness and the staff. The rooms were impeccably clean and the hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Sergio, the bartender, was particularly amazing and made fantastic cocktails. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, situated in the Museum District and close to downtown. It made it easy for us to explore various attractions and restaurants in the area.
Worst aspects of the hotel were the disappointing food and the issue with the mini bar charges. The quality of the food did not live up to our expectations, especially considering the hotel's reputation.
