  The location is excellent and the staff were helpful, the room is spacious and clean.

  Deauville is upmarket and expensive, the kitchen is more of a kitchenette, there is no oven and limited supplies.

  Very good location, central to Deauville and reception staff were very nice and spoke English.

  Some of the room furnishings were tired and old, spa facilities were not great either.

  Facilities and location were ideal for our requirements, thanks to the staff were good.

  The room was not cleaned for the whole duration of our stay, the bed was hard and the apartment was very naked and did not look very friendly, not being informed before the arrival that the swimming pool was closed the day after.

  Excellent location and romantic place. Staff friendly and courteous, there's free Wireless internet.

  Sauna during operational hours and towels barely changed. Cleaniness of pool was poor.

  The central location was ideal and the underground parking was secure. The hotel was well presented and racecourse etc. Parking on the street nearby was easy. The staff were really helpful, the kitchenette was useful and the swimming pool was just perfect for our toddler, and the environment just suited our needs.

  The room was too small and bedangst Buffet was pretty limited.

  The location is very good, beach Also only a short walk into Trouville and rooms are very large enough and well equipped for a family stay. The price is not expensive, all the staff are nice and the beds are comfortable. Jacuzzi didnt function properly, fresh food market every day and spa excellent & quiet at this time of the year.

  The residence's location was excellent and the room was more then we expected very comfortable and the underground car parking was a bonus. The reception staff were friendly, hot tub were good and pool wasnt clean as there were leaves floating around in.

  Excellent location near the town, beautiful beach and fabulous shopping, very welcoming hotel reception staff well equipped comfortable room best suited to famillies. A great price performer, good bed and cheap linnen, cheap loo roll, towels soap etc. Spa facilities were poor.

  Well placed for shops and lovely pool setting. Reception staff friendly and helpful, bright room. Facilities were excellent.
