The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a central courtyard that made the hotel bright, airy, and relaxing. The location was excellent, just one block off the central plaza in the Historic Center of this city. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering suggestions for activities and arranging tours. The breakfast served in the morning was fabulous, and we loved having the option to relax in the courtyard with a drink from the bar service in the evening.

disinterest of the hotel and its staff in caring for the safety and well-being of its guests. They allowed a group of people (apparently guests as well) to speed up their bikes outside when they arrived and drink until 2 am in the central courtyard and my wife and I had to confront them directly to get them to sleep. Only until we had words did one person in the hotel deign to go out and see what was going on. We filed the complaint with the person on duty the next day and at the time of departure to the one who said he was the sales manager and to this day we do not get a satisfactory response or reimbursement for the way it affected our experience that day and one after that for not being able to sleep. However, they made us fill out a complaint and suggestion form so that we could proceed accordingly. They forget that some of us guests also have the need to rest a little more after the day's activities and that their priority is to offer a quality service as a hotel before being a restaurant., From very early on they begin to set up the services in the central part which is the restaurant and it is already impossible to sleep because of the movement of the staff. There is no parking lot and guesthouse it offers is not so close to the hotel. It was raining that day and there were leaks in the corridors. No security.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the range of amenities offered, including room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. The airport shuttle service was convenient and reliable, making our travel experience seamless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a terrace to enjoy the lovely views.
