Beautiful hotel in a wonderful town and we negotiated a very good price.

The location is excellent for seeing the city, the details: Hotel is located near everything downtown and la Alhambra suite is beautiful.

The location was ideal - we walked everywhere and guitarist in the lobby of the hotel was fabulous.

The location is perfect, the decoration of the place is very neat is like a little castle and the actual building is sublime old world.

The location is dead central, queretaro is rich in history.

Staff was polite and professional, the bed was so comfortable.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the hot tub was covered.

A large sunken tub and refined dinner celebration at a good restaurant.

Also the main building's lobby/common areas are very lovely, this suite is very spacious.

The entire staff was very friendly, the bathroom was spectacular.

Excellent hotel, has a beautiful interior patio restaurant and the staff was extremely accommodating and gracious.

Comfortable--very high ceilings and great food.

1200 pesos for the best suite in the hotel, a beautiful lobby and the front desk staff was very helpful.

    Location is perfect and you can walk to everything of interest in Old Queretaro. The building itself is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. The Marquesa suites are huge and gorgeous, breakfast is served downstairs in a beautiful courtyard.

    Well located, exquisite hotel and the pillows were as comfortable as my own at home. Additionally service was excellent, room was better and the breakfast was elegant.

    Near to the city centre, beautiful place and expecting to stay in a historical building. Also reasonable price and great service. Large grand room, comfortable armchairs and the breakfast was delicious.
