We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in a quiet area, nestled on a small hill in the mountains, was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service was exceptional, with room service always available and the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The amenities in our room were top-notch, from the cozy balcony and terrace to the in-room safe and air conditioning. The hotel's garden area and outdoor swimming pool provided a tranquil setting for relaxation, and we loved the option of enjoying a delicious meal or refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar.

While we don't have any negative aspects to mention, we would highly recommend this hotel to families as well. It offers a range of amenities and services that cater to different needs and preferences.

The service of the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The Hotel has been furnished and decorated to a unique and very high standard. A definate gem and the attached restaurent was fabulous. A delightful stay.

Not much, the pool was nice and the restaurant when it eventually opened (was closed the sunday and monday)

The service was poor, when you tried to get a drink at the pool you had to go in and get it yourself. The restaurant wasnt open so you had to get a taxi to get food which was twenty minutes away. The hotel is located in an isolated area.

Great vibes and atmosphere, with a stunning view to be enjoyed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, doing their best to make our stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the cozy, clean room, which had everything we needed.

The location wasn't the easiest to get to without a car, and the surrounding area was fairly quiet. There weren't many options for exploring or dining out nearby.

The hotel is not in a very picturesque location and is a little far from any shops, though there is a fantastic restaurant right next door. I wouldnt recommend staying there without a car. The town is only a few minutes drive, but there are no pavements so it isnt possible to safely walk anywhere.

The constant supply of clean towels and the pool.

Almost impossible to get a soft drink or water during the day at the pool side. Snacks would have been nice too. The only way to have something to nibble on was to get fully dressed and go and have a full lunch in the restaurant next door. OK but some days you just don't want to have to do that.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious traditional Sicilian cuisine. Big, cozy and vintage-rural decorated rooms. Best breakfast we've had in Sicily. Spacious parking area.

The rooms are very clean. The staff are very friendly. The Hotel has been restored to a high standard. The Restaurant attached is a complete lifesaver and of very good quality. The restaurant is frequented by the locals more than hotel guests.

Unless you want to visit Alcamo you need to spend quite a bit of time in the car travelling to the nice tourist spots. Although you can see the sea in the distance from the hotel you are in a slightly industrial area

The room was quite small and we had trouble communicating with staff who didn't speak much English. Additionally, there were some noisy renovations during our stay that were not explained to us beforehand.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities were clean and stylish, with a great pool view. The hotel had convenient parking and was located in a great location close to many beautiful beaches and landmarks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Lastly, the breakfast was a great start to my mornings.

We stayed at grand hotel la batia after arriving into Trapani airport. The hotel was easily accessible and has free parking- a car is needed in western Sicily to get around. The restaurant attached to the hotel is fantastic and good value for money. The rooms have ac - very important for us as we travelled late June and they are clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely with great sea views. Great stay at la batia and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was quite a distance from main town of alcamo - No footpaths so not safe to wLk. There were no shops close to hotel for water etc.
