I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the mountains. The staff here were extremely helpful in all areas and made my experience truly memorable. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that my room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The room amenities were outstanding, from the comfortable beds to the spacious terrace and the convenient trouser press. I also appreciated the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV that added to my overall comfort. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. The wi-fi was reliable, and the off-site car park made it convenient for me to explore the surrounding area. The 24-hour reception and security provided an added sense of safety and convenience.
I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

We were blown away by the warm welcome and the incredible service at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They took care of our car and offered us green tea before check-in. The hotel facilities were excellent, including both indoor and outdoor hot springs that were a real treat after a long day of hiking in the mountains. The hotel's location was also perfect, with stunning views of the natural surroundings. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always helpful, providing assistance with transportation and helpful tips about the area.
Cannot find any fault.

The views from the hotel were incredible, especially from the rooftop bar. The free flow of drinks was also a plus. Our room was spacious and the private onsen was relaxing.
The price point was high for the level of service provided. The staff was not accommodating when it came to simple requests like cutting fruit.

The hot springs bath was a relaxing experience and the staff was friendly. The room offered comfortable beds and a unique local decor. the hotel was conveniently located near attractions and hiking trails.
The hotel's exterior was nondescript and the corridors were dark and creepy. The carpets and shower tiles showed signs of stains and wear, and some of the rooms were in desperate need of renovation.

Nestled in a mountainous location, the hotel was an excellent accommodation choice. The staff were friendly and helpful in all areas, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was excellent and the views over the steaming vent holes were breathtaking. The public onsen was authentic, natural, and very nice.
The hotel did not offer an informal and less expensive dining option, making it difficult to eat on a budget.
