Posh lady: Excellent facilities, including a pool and restaurant. Great location near the beach and easy access to public transport. Wi-Fi in public areas, but who needs internet when you can enjoy a refreshing swim? Little downside, but it seems slow internet is an island obsession.

Dimitris and his brother are freindly people that will help you with more or less anything. The pool were nice with sunbeds and umbrellas, and there it were always possible to talk to staff in the hotel, that all spoke english. If you want a relaxing vacaton close to a perfect beach without crap, this hotel is a very good choice. we could see ramps for wheelchair so if you are going on vacation with handicaped it is also a good option.
Sometimes it were not possible to connect to internet in pool area, and we wish that towels would have been changed more often in the room. It would have been nice with a fridge or minibar in the room, and a broom so you could clean sand from floor even though they cleaned every day. Sand just came to floor nomatter what we did, so it would really have been nice to just clean a little yourself. all of above were not very important for us, but still would have been nice.

If you want to have an experience in a grave, make an Internet reservation on this hotel. The offered room was in a basement out of the main building, without any aircondition or even a small window the smell was horrible. Value for money was not good, especially for this period when you can easily find a very descent room in the area with 30-40 Euros.

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming and filled with beautiful plants and flowers. It creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for senior people looking for a relaxing getaway. The general areas of the hotel are well-maintained and easily accessible, making it easy for seniors to move around without any difficulties.
It would have been even better if the children working there could provide more assistance and guidance specifically tailored for senior guests.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The pool area was a highlight, with beautiful scenery surrounded by palm trees and wild figs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the view from our balcony. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to a great beach, and there are a few excellent tavernas nearby.
There was no mini fridge in our room, especially considering how hot it can get in the summer. , the Wi-Fi was spotty and we ended up using our own data.

I had an amazing time staying in this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to the beach and everything else in the area. The hotel facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi were fabulous. Additionally, the location to the centre of the city was very convenient, with multiple transportation options available.
Cannot find any fault.

During my recent stay at Kyriaki Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff. They made me feel right at home and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the beautiful Golden Beach and a quick bus ride away from Chania's old town center. I also appreciated the clean and well-maintained garden and pool area. I highly recommend Kyriaki Hotel for a wonderful and relaxing experience.
Although there were no major issues during my stay, I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences. The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled individually, and the temperature was set at 78 degrees, which was a bit warm for my liking.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a wonderful sandy beach. It was also conveniently located close to everything, including the centre of Chania which was just a short bus ride away. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and provided us with incredible service during our stay. The pool area was beautiful, with beautiful scenery and an excellent restaurant that served delicious salads.
Unfortunately, the lack of a mini-fridge in the room was a little disappointing.

We had a lovely romantic getaway at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the balcony provided a beautiful view of the surroundings. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lush palm trees, oleanders, and blooming wildflowers. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the delicious food served at the nearby village tavernas.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the lack of a mini fridge in the room was inconvenient, especially in the hot summer weather.

Our stay at Kyriaki Hotel was fantastic! We got excellent value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room that had a lovely view of the garden and open sky. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a quick bus ride to the center of Chania. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.
The breakfast option could be improved with a greater variety of choices.
