The room was very spacious and felt quite luxurious compared to the others i stayed in on my holiday, with a big double bed all to myself!

Our room was spacious, had a refrigerator, large window that opened, AC and was quiet.

The hotel was well run and bathroom were spacious.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast (included in the room rate) was tasty.

The hotel was an easy 5-minute walk from the station and also the tourist information centre where you can book chateau tours, with quite a few bakeries and restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket across the road, so that was convenient.

Their breakfast was one of the best buffets we've enjoyed especially me because I had delicious scrambled eggs, not powdered ones, each morning.

Reception staff very good, spacious bathroom.

The reception staff was always polite and helpful.

Very Friendly welcome, nice old building and staff very good.

Location is right in front of the famous cathedral and the staff is friendly.

The staff is friendly, and there is a good breakfeast in the morning, with nice croissants, and you can squeeze your own fresh orange juice.

I especially appreciate the kindness of manager.

We changed our reservation in Nantes from an IBIS to Kyriad because of its superior quality.

Parking available at hotel, helpful staff and nice clean room.
