  Proximity to centre was good and the hotel was within walking distance of the town center was very convenient. The staff were very helpful, laura the manager was excellent and the bed was very confortable and the rooom was soundproofed well.

  The bathtub was not clean, breakfast was a little expensive for was at 9 euros.

  Very convenient for city centre, only few minutes from the main old square and the hotel was in good location for sightseeing in Rouen had a nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable enough. Restaurant provided an excellent meal.

  Very good staff in all areas particularly a young lady called laura, the hotel was within walking distance of the town center was very convenient and one of the two rooms was working fine the other was not and was uncomfortably hot. The very helpful and efficient receptionist was on duty during our check in.

  Broken toilet seat hinge had not been fixed and the meal was not looking too bad.

  Rooms very clean and the location was very central, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was a real bonus, lunch was good value and good waitress.

  Walkable to old parts of the city and a disappointing stay. Good price and friendly staff. Rooms large and comfortable.

  Signage for car park not obvious, restaurant less than enticing waitress very pleasant.

  Very helpful and attentive staff, receptionist's all spoke good English, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

  Very nice and helpfull woman behind the reception, checkout staff were pleasant and helpful.

  The view was less than impressive, of the motorway and the graffiti infested car park, the room wasn't clean and smelled real bad.

  Scruffy communal areas on the upper floors, the hotel looks old.
