The hotel room was small but for the price it was QUALITY.
Generally the price of the hotels in Paris close to main attractions is high.
In summary, if it's a no-frills hotel you're after, in an excellent location, then you'll be happy.
The location is perfect (right on a new metro line and near a new shopping and dining area).
The location is the best part of this hotel.
Two minute walk from the subway and close to the airport.
The location is convenient (the subway and bus stop are couple of minutes walking, several restaurants, Bercy Village, ATMs are around the corner).
A very small room, even by European standards meant that you were either lying on the bed or in the bathroom.
The rooms were small, the bed being about 6 inches off the ground.
I would agree the rooms are small but they were clean, the bathroom was very nice and we took long hot showers and didn't run out of water!
It is so big, and opens inwardly, that it hangs over the bed, obstructing the view from the bed to the TV.
The rooms were spotless, lots of towels, tea making, hairdryer, TV.
The hotel also has a restaurant that serves buffet breakfast, a la cart lunch and dinner.
There are a load of restaurants, pubs, and shops down a street that was simply amazing.
The shops, restaurants, and movie theatres of Bercy village are only a few blocks away.
Great spot, lovely farmer's market at weekend, lots of restaurants nearby & shops, cinema.
Very nice and great restaurants just down the street, fresh food market next door, and outstanding quick eats just out the door.
Reception staff all spoke English & tried to be helpful.
Service staff did not speak English but were polite & able to help us when we needed something.
When you look at this hotel from the exterior and also its lobby and cafe area, you would think Kyriad is not bad at all, if in fact, quite contemporary and clean.
The lobby is decorated in a contemporary fashion, with lots of bright colors.
The hotel lobby looks nice, and check in was painless and only took a couple of minutes.
The usual coffee-making facilities were present with a common sense wireless kettle, though two sachets of coffee and two of tea was a little stingy.
They have great Internet access (very expensive) WI-FI access is $16 an hour or you can use their machine for a little less.
The room was typical Paris small, but everything you need for a comfortable stay and absolutely spotless.
Although the room is little bit small, it was clean and comfortable.
On the plus side, the rooms and rest of hotel were clean.
Though the rooms are small (as you can see from others' pictures) they are clean and modern.
Of course, the rooms were small but accomodating and very clean.

Reception was fine and the room although small had tea and coffee, shampoos, hair dryer and was clean and tidy although not alot of closet space. The breakfast was very good plenty for our needs. It was in a quiet area and near to the metro and was full for most of our stay but we did not have any problems with rowdy visitors even though there were plenty of iron maiden fans staying there for the concert.

There are 3 good bakeries in the neighborhood and a nice grocery store next door for buying picnic food. The front desk staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful with looking up phone numbers for us and giving directions.
