Marvellous setting, near to the centre which is gret as well as Roman arch. Besides, easy to get to an ancient Roman monumental arch. The breakfast for value;))

The location was amazing in the center. Queen room I stayed at was fairly quiet with a bathroom.

We loved the stylish decor and the comfortable bed in our room. The small patio off the room was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect for reaching some of the best beaches in the area, with many beautiful beaches around. The staff, especially Dominic, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the option of taking breakfast to our room or the pool.

Bed was very quiet, room was tidy and new-fashioned. The location was great, not very far from Roman Theatre of Orange.

We always expect a high standard from a Kyriad hotel and this was no exception. Very friendly welcome, very clean and comfortable room. The cost of the room was expensive but it is Switzerland so not surprising. The hotel is situated at a very busy part of Lausanne, right off a motorway exit, so very busy and therefore rather hard to access. There is public transport in to Lausanne itself, a 10 minute walk from the hotel to a very good bus service.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was good. The food was delightful, with a lot of options.

We were upgraded to newly remodelled twin room with 4 beds.

By and large, it was excellent value and pleasant place with efficient staff at reception desk. The location short walk from a theatre and a museum was magnificent and perfect.

This hotel offers good value for money with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The location is excellent, situated in a calm area near the river and within walking distance of the city center.

No negatives, everything was as expected and satisfactory.

We loved the comfortable beds and the strong wifi. The hotel was really quiet despite being close to the city center, and the temperature in the room was perfect. We also appreciated the easy access to bars and restaurants, just a three-minute walk away.
