      Good location for restaurants etc, i also liked the the fact that the buse and train station were only a short distance away, 15 min, compared to hotels from the same stars, kyriad was the best. Staff were friendly & courteous and the room was air conditioned, excellent value. Breakfast was perfect.

      Location to the historical spots, locates in an old tower and just a few minutes walk to the lake. I arrived in Annecy at 1pm after travelling most of the night and said i would go to the hotel, staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy.
