Getting there

Kyoto has no airport. The closes airports are located in Osaka. There is a very good connection between two cities by road and rail. International flights usually arrive in the Kansai International Airport, from which passengers can take a train to Kyoto. Kansai Airport Station lies just opposite the arrival lobby.

Getting around

Tourist attractions are located around the city’s periphery and thus public transport is extremely useful in Kyoto. There are two subway lines, however, they serve small part of the city. Both can be used for traveling around the city center. Buses depart from Kyoto station and Sanjo-Kawabata station. The microbus capacity is 25 passengers.

The location is the best and the City has excellent bus links. This hotel is big and suitable for groups, the island is beautiful and the temple is well worth seeing. The staff is very nice and rooms are more spacious than most.
