Sliding, mostly clear glass and not fully closing glass bathroom doors takes a little getting used to. Room numbers don't correspond to floor of location. No A/C

Right place for a 3-night stay. It was near to Skodsborg Strand - Struckmannparken. Everyone was FRIENDLY.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Skodsborg. The spa was large and offered plenty of activities to keep me entertained for hours. Although the baths and pools were not very hot, the location was great, surrounded by a forest and just a short walk from a sandy beach. The hotel room was comfortable, with a spacious bed and a clean bathroom equipped with a requested bathtub. The food and drinks at The Lobby were excellent, and the breakfast buffet, with its healthy options and beautiful sea view, was a big plus. the hotel grounds and facilities were top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no minibar in the room. The breakfast was basic, I did not feel that I stay in a 4stars hotel.

skodsborg was even better than my last stay - was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional service and beautiful grounds. a perfect choice for an early morning flight, with easy access to the train station and the airport. the spa facilities were top-notch and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Restaurant prices were a bit steep.

No air con, so can probably get a little hot in the summer. Our room (209) faced the railway, which was very noisy and meant windows couldn't be left open.

When we came he first eveningit was poor reception.

Effiecient, clean, friendly helpful staff, polite, fantastic views over the sea to Sweden. Excellent access to the Deer Park. Easy to get. It is about a 500m walk from the station.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location by the sea was breathtaking, and we enjoyed relaxing on the lawn and swimming in the jetty. The lobby area was so comfortable and inviting, both inside and out. Our suite was elegant and immaculately clean. Apart from the stunning location, the hotel also had amazing spa facilities. We spent hours indulging in the various spa amenities, which were top-notch. Despite not having very hot baths or pools, there were plenty of other things to do and enjoy. We also appreciated the forest behind the hotel and the sandy beach right across the road. The hotel room itself was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with pretty tiles. The food and drinks at The Lobby were excellent, with a wide selection to choose from. The service was good as well, despite minor delays.

All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay by the sea.

The historic qualities of the hotel and tasteful modernization that has been done over the years. Although we did not partake, it has outstanding spa and fitness facilities including outdoor jacuzzi, steam and sauna. We did not have lunch or dinner but the breakfast that comes with the room rate is outstanding with all kinds of cheese, danish ham, bacon, wonderful scrambled eggs, all sorts of cereals, fruits, breads, etc. The setting of the hotel in a small village accross the road from the sea looking across at Sweden is outstanding. It is a short 4-5 block walk to a commuter train that whisks you to the airport in 39 minutes. Upon arrival at the airport train station you simply take an elevator which lets you out right by the check-in

I was expecting a king size bed but we had two single beds pushed together. I don't know if they actually have king size beds (and I would assume so) but if so, we just booked the wrong room arrangement.

Great spa facilities, including saunas and gym. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Convenient location only 20 minutes away from the city centre by train.

Some of the dishes in the spa package menu were not very creative. The check-in process at 3 pm had a long queue.

Heating is perfect in the room and in the bathroom (under the floor).

1. 2 small beds joined together. I was falling between them while sleeping. Not convenient at all. It should be 1 big bed. 2. The bathroom has a transparent door and can't be closed. Not convenient for a family with children at all. 3. In the bathroom they will put one soap (1cm X 1cm X .5cm), one lotion and 3 towels (2 small and one big). This is different than what I used to see in a 4 starts hotel. 4. The work desk doesn't contain any pin, papers, envelops. 5. The breakfast is very basic. I didn't feel the 4 starts.
