Beautiful and natural property. Easy check-in despite language barrier. Kind and friendly staff. Spectacular room with maze-like interior. Incredible onsen experience. Allowed to use own house slippers. Will definitely go back

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a large onsen featuring numerous pools and amenities to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, offering us a delicious buffet-style breakfast and dinner tailored to our dietary restrictions. The location was also great, situated in a quiet area down a tunnel that we believe went under a small mountain, offering a secluded and peaceful getaway.
All good. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience in this city.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area with limited access to restaurants and shops. However, it is easily accessible by public transport, and there is a tunnel that leads to the hotel under a small mountain. The private room had a private bathroom and onsen, which added a nice touch to the stay. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service throughout the stay.
The hotel lacked adequate maintenance, causing some discomfort.

The traditional Japanese feel of the hotel was delightful. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the location offered accessible public transport. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and included local cuisine. The onsen was a highlight of the stay, offering a variety of different pools and features to suit all tastes.
The room was quite warm and stuffy, and there were a few bugs and spiders around the property. The check-out time was a little early, and the cleaning staff did come around quite early in the morning, which was a bit disruptive.

Great Views and Good Food
Spent Easter weekend at this hotel. The views from the room were breathtaking and definitely the best part of the stay. The food offered at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. the hotel is located in a prime spot, easily accessible to public transportation.
The hotel is incredibly old and outdated, and the rooms are uncomfortable. The mattresses were hard, making it difficult to get any sleep.
