I was offered a room with magnificent views on the lake. The hotel's location was beautiful and amazing, close to a large lake with the mist beautiful sunsets, main restaurant and Munnar.

hotel was incredibly beautiful and i loved the food there, it was awesome. the staff were highly efficient and lively the whole time. the setting of property was amazing, on all areas in such a nice resort. it was good to have hot drinks in the pool bar. the whole experience was really amazing.

The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming, from managers to landscapers. The rooms are reasonably spacious and include a laptop-size safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge. The resort is located in a stunning location. The restaurant offers great food and service.

Friendly staff - not pushy or ott. Beautiful location, fabulous concept. Almost paradise. The 230m long meandering pool around the cabins. Cabins are fabulous. Beautiful buildings. Peace and quiet, wildlife. Evening entertainment. Sundown cruise. Afternoon tea on the lawn.

No lime wedges with the morning fresh breakfast fruit. (Nitpicking!) Wine is so expensive (14+ times the UK supermarket prices). The main pool was a huge disappointment: too shallow and boring. It was out of place in paradise.

Overall stay was comfortable,Staff was very friendly,food was good.

Signposting to the Hotel is more or less non existent.We had to stop at number of places.This cpuld be improved.

The luxury king room was impressive and stunning. The location was convenient, providing easy access to the main backwaters area and Kochi. It was a short walk to the canal for some washing.

The room was fantastic with coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge, and I loved the Jacuzzis in the open bathroom.

I must say, my stay at this hotel was truly mesmerizing. The location on the banks of the Vembanad lake was absolutely breathtaking, offering serene and tranquil views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The rooms, with their open bathrooms, may have had poor quality interiors, but they made up for it with their unique and charming design. The wifi and cable TV worked perfectly, allowing me to stay connected and entertained throughout my stay. And let me tell you, breakfast was an absolute delight! From the prawn bisque to the grilled prawns and fish curry, it was a master chef-worthy experience.
