Great location with easy access to transportation and restaurants. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities.

The room was incredibly small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The walls were also very thin, which meant that noise from neighboring rooms and the street outside was very distracting.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The famous Kumamoto Castle is also just a stone's throw away. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and all necessary amenities including shampoo, soap, and towels.

The elevator was often busy, causing us to take the stairs instead.

We really enjoyed this hotel's central location. It was very easy for us to reach the main attractions of the city, such as the castle and the downtown area. Additionally, there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, which made it convenient for us to walk around and explore. The cleanliness of this hotel was also remarkable, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast provided at this hotel was excellent as well. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful during our stay.

The hotel's location was great, it was close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also amazing! They offered a great variety of food to choose from. the hotel had a shampoo bar, which was a unique experience.

The bathroom was small and the elevator was always busy, it was sometimes quicker to use the stairs. It was also a bit difficult to find the entrance due to the lack of English signage.
