This nice old-world hotel was opened in 1856 and features a gorgeous setting that overlooks the Engadine lake and mountains. The food and service both received rave reviews from guests. The rooms have great views and small balconies. Athletic guests can enjoy downhill skiing and ice skating in the winter, and a nine-hole golf course, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, and biking in the summer. It's closed from mid-April to the end of June, and early/mid-September to early December.

The Kulm Hotel is centrally located in a quiet area of St. Moritz. It is in two minutes walking distance from the main shops/ only four minutes to the nine-hole golf course - summer - or natural ice rink with curling - winter -. The main train station can be reached in five minutes by taxi. The nearest local airport Samedan is located 7km from the hotel. Also the airport may be reached from Zurich International Airport is in 200km or Milan Malpensa International Airport.

Getting around

As it is rather small town it is better to use a taxi or car to move around here. The hotel has private parking for the guests.

Great location and view, fantastic lake, definitely one of the best hotels ever in switzerland. Good staff very professional and concierge Alexander and Concierge Andres were amazing. Our room was the last one available at the time of our booked, was the smaller room, restaurant was superb.

Excellent central location and wonderful hotel. Best historic building, exceptional service and the concierge team was very helpful. Room was comfortable and besides the piano bar singer was great that evening. The food was delicious.
