I really loved this hotel and found it to be good value for money (for the room).
The only downside we experienced was that the meals and drinks were very expensive compared with prices outside the hotel, I would recommend eating out for more variety and to save money.
We never ate a dinner here as the choices outside the hotel were so good and at a more reasonable price.
The quality of this hotel belies the outstanding value it represents – we paid less than AUD 80 per night for our 4 night stay.
Business centre is located near the fitness centre, this hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly.
This Hilton is located in an excellent location in Kuching.
Hilton’s location is great; it’s just by the waterfront and next to a shopping complex where you can find the department store Parkson Grand and a good supermarket.
Bar area was good and the location of the hotel was excellent.
On the second day I had a foot massage which was bliss and very cheap.
The room and bathroom were a good size, both spotlessley clean with very comfortable queen size bed and pillows.
Our room had a dressing area, separate shower plus bath and king size bed.
The hotel over looks the Sarawak river and I would suggest you try for a river view room, the rooms were tidy and clean, large comfy bed and hot shower, part of our package was breakfast which was a buffet, plenty of options for everyone.
It's a hilton-so you know you will have a nice room, comfy bed, etc.

Rooms were clean, the bar had a good selection of snacks and the buffet breakfast was the best we had in Borneo.
The staff is very nice and helpful, the several restaurants and cafes serve good food, and the buffet breakfast is really one of the bests I have ever had in a hotel.
We ate at the hotel buffet restaurant once (on arrival)a bit dear but so much choice, great for picky kids.

We stayed in a suite on the 10 floor, great views of the river, we had access to the executive lounge where a great breakfast was included along with all day drinks and snacks.

There is a nice pool and garden area, which is fairly quiet and pleasant to relax in, despite the hotel's city centre location.
I didn’t try the internet at the hotel because the café conveniently located just across the street from the Hilton had free wireless.
