i was offered a room with delightful views on karkonosze mountains. i had air conditioner and a kettle in the room.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations in the hotel's general areas. The grand chandeliers and elegant furnishings made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy to navigate.

I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the staff. Sometimes the young ones working there seemed a little too busy and not as attentive to the needs of us senior guests.

When I am in Szklarska Poreba, I like staying here. The rooms are luxury with balcony, so that guests have essentials. The location is favourable if you want to be in the center of Szklarska Poreba. There is a pleasant restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from hotel. They have a huge variety of meals to choose from, the food is delicious!

The hotel of choice in Szklarska Poreba. Excellent, clean place with superbly friendly staff with a formal and well trained receptionist. Particularly good location, not too far from a spacious ski resort. Walking distance to the bus stop, 20 mins.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to hiking trails and in the beautiful area of Karkonosze mountains. The staff is friendly and provides useful recommendations. The rooms are comfortable, with full carpets and a nice view from the balcony. The spa area offers excellent facilities, including a pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. The bar downstairs with a bowling alley adds to the entertainment options.

The hotel had a good location, with easy access to hiking trails and the center of town. Our room was equipped with a fridge, kettle, and coffee supplies. The spa area was a highlight, with a pool and several saunas, although it could be crowded. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also good.

The towels provided were old and smelly.

During my Xmas experience at this hotel, I was amazed by the beautiful view of the snowy mountains from my window. The hotel's central location was very convenient as it was near many shops and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

The parking was a bit pricey, and the beds were too soft for my liking. Also, the gym was small and didn't have many options for a full workout. my stay was enjoyable, but there were a few minor inconveniences.
