  The location of the hotel is great, very central to everything and as always the room was always clean and the staff is always friendly. The sushi restaurant is amazing, the grounds and pool are nice.

  Just returned from pvr and the nh krystal hotel, service amazing everything else TERRIBLE, moved us to a better room the next day. Good luck getting a drink, fresh fruit and pools were great.

  Comfortable rooms, great food and nice pool.

  Not a good swimming beach and overall service bad to poor. The bar opens at 10 am and closes at 11, pm and i mean close, closes.

  Hot tubs and Japanese restaurant better. Crystal clear pools.

  Food quality poor, the beach was filthy and the staff were fairly happy and personable.

  Nice pools + pool area, taxis are cheap and plentiful, also a big grocery store is very close as well. The hotel is clean, and Salvador, the waiter on the beach, is always friendly and considerate, everyone on the staff is welcoming and very helpful. Villa rooms are good and the snack bar has great hamburgers, pizzas and chicken tacos.

  The pool area is nice, the beach is huge, and the waves can be pretty powerful, also, a very big grocery store is within walking distance. Better hotels out there, the staff work very hard and are quite friendly, room service only good till 8pm for All Inclus. At the buffet you can get wonderful fresh fruit every day.

  Beautiful pool and beach, wonderful views, my stay at the Krstal was overall pleasant. Our room was in the brand new building, oceanview and very modern, maid service was excellent. The water aerobics were awesome and the Staff at the Sports Bar was very accommodating and greatly appreciated.

  The beach is amazing, the value of the massage for two of $95 and 75 minutes ws well worth the, pc available for guest use in the lobby area. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and facility are very nice, the new Italian restaurant and the Japanese restaurant , serve great food. Pool is huge and gorgeous.
