Most importantly - excellent location, perfect hotel for such price and free wi-fi.

Answer various questions about the city and wonderful breakfast make the hotel good value for many.

The hotel location and rooms are great value as it is still fairly new and centrally located very near the metro and Nevsky Prospect.

Hotel location is great, there are also many good restaurants.

Good location and i had early morning flight so.

Good location, friendly staff - always willing to help.

The metro was within 4 mins walk of 2 stations.

The standard room had a good size bathroom (shower , no bath) attached, with two large and comfortable beds, tv, but no coffee making facilities.

Additionally a very low price, tactful and flexible staff, comfortable rooms.

The rooms were of a good size, with bright decor, and furnishings of a good standard.

Very good breakfast, lovely receptionist.

The surrounding area has many shops, and I can recommend the Ukrainian restaurant just 50 m away.

The breakfast was very simple fare and sometimes the coffee left a lot to be desired.

Breakfast was taken at the adjoining cafe, and was good.

Like 2 min away from metro, quality of food in the hotel cafe is excellent and staff at the reception is very friendly.

Friendly English-speaking stuff was essential for us as my companion didn't speak any Russian and the receptionist was very helpful.

But the downside was that the staff were a bit sullen at times (though they tried their best) and some spoke very little English (though I found that to be the case with a lot of the people I encountered in the city).

    Good location and i had early morning flight so they immediately offered a taxi. Friendly English-speaking stuff was essential for us as my companion didn't speak any Russian and the receptionist was very helpful.
