the hotel was clean and the location was great - just a short walk from the city centre of lech. the staff were helpful - especially when it came to getting ski passes. it was my second visit and just as good as the first.

This hotel is one of the most luxurious accommodations we have ever stayed in. The room was exquisite, with high-quality furnishings and a stunning view of the mountains. The exclusive amenities provided in the room, such as yoga mat, bathrobe, and slippers, made our stay feel truly pampered. The spa was a highlight, with a fantastic sauna, hot tub, and an incredible masseuse. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of options and served in a beautiful room with picturesque views.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a proper sun terrace and garden area, which would have been a perfect addition given the beautiful surroundings. However, this was not a major problem since there are great spots to appreciate nature around.

We had the most delightful stay in a beautiful hotel surrounded by picturesque mountains and accessible to a small charming town. The restaurant with its cozy fireplace made every meal feel like an exquisite dining experience. Our room was equipped with top-notch amenities and boasted spectacular panoramic views. The staff accommodated our every request with a smile from the delicious breakfast service to transportation to the mountain. The spa was also a luxurious addition offering extra relaxation.
Despite the outstanding service, the response time of some staff members was slow during peak hours.
