Location - central in Bern, this hotel offers very good value in an expensive city and staff were very helpful.
The location is excellent, very close to the central train station and nice hotel you need to stay 1 or 2 days in Bern.
Coffee making facilities in a communal area, the hotel had an excellent location in the charming historic part of town and the staff were very helpful.
