The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with classic furniture and beautiful decorations that brought a sense of comfort and relaxation. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of seating for seniors to rest and socialize. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently accessible for senior people, with easy access to the rooms and elevators available for those who needed assistance.
It would have been even better if the staff at the hotel were more attentive and considerate towards the needs of senior guests. A better vacation for us would have been possible if the children working there showed more patience and understanding towards our requests and provided additional assistance when required.

Quiet and clean, but far from away from the city center.
Controlled internet connection, e.g. couldn't use G-mail at all. Not all the staff at the reception could speak English very well..

Nice and helpful service. Clean room.
Broken lift service. Because of road work you need about 1 hour to take to the hotel from the city. No tea and caffe fascilities in the room. Poor wifi connection in the room.

We hit up the Oskar Schindler Factory and Polish Aviation Museum, and let me tell you, those places were straight fire. So much to see and learn about, it was like stepping into a whole new world. And Krakow itself, man, it's pumping with theaters and cultural activities. We were living the high life every night, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.
Only one thing, if I had to nitpick, is that we wished there was a better party scene for us young, wild and free souls. Like, it was all chill and stuff, but we were hoping for some more late-night shenanigans to get our party on.

Nice budget hotel in a quite residential area, helpful staff. Good food in restaurant, too.
A trifle bit inconvenient to get to city by bus/tram, but ask receptionist about taxi: an affiliated taxi service would cost you ~$6-10 to city center.

Located in a worker's suburb, this hotel in lovely Cracow offers free wireless broadband, a helpful staff, and acceptable food including vegetarian options like mushroom pergi. The rooms are clean and secure, and the breakfast includes a variety of meats, cheeses, cereals, jams.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center.

Breakfast was very rich. The hotel is clean. It is a little bit far away from the citi, but it is not terrible. 3 stops by bus, then tram. About 30-40 minutes, depends on timetable.
Furniture are older, but for this price was everything ok.

The hotel is located in a peaceful suburb, with easy access to public transportation that can take you to the city center. If you have a car, the location is perfect, with close proximity to the city center. The rooms are clean, tidy, and equipped with comfortable beds, well-maintained bathrooms, and efficient service. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a good variety of food and drinks to choose from.
Noise can be a disturbance, especially when school groups stay at the hotel.

For those who don't mind a longer commute, this hotel is situated in a quiet area away from the bustling city center. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, and the free Wi-Fi is a great perk for keeping in touch with loved ones back home. The breakfast spread is filling and offers a variety of options to suit different tastes.
One downside is that the hotel is quite far from the main attractions and there aren't many options for dining or entertainment in the immediate area. some of the staff members don't speak English very well, which can cause some communication issues for non-native speakers.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a good variety. the hotel offered free parking and Wi-Fi, which was a great plus. The rooms were quite spacious and had modern decoration.
The location was quite far from the city center and the surroundings didn't look very safe. The noise level was extremely high at night, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
