Absolutely nothing.

The resort itself is amazing, with stunning views and a relaxing athmostphere. The rooms are amazingly presented and any concerns were quickly remedied.

The resort had a lot of families, and the front desk/bar wasn't always manned. Some of the activities were over priced, but you can find it cheaper elsewhere easy enough.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful location. One of the best hotel we have stayed in Thailand. The staff is very kind and the tours are very well organised. We'll definitively go there again.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

It was our first experience and we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. The idea of totally open villa/room was a new one for us.

The only problem with the open villa/room concept is that it is pron to insects. Although the hotel staff was efficient enough to fumigate and burn coils in the evening, but still we found 2 spiders and our children couldnt sleep well at night. But I had a good sleep in the netted bed. The management was considerable enough and shifted us to a closed villa which was very nice too.

The lovely quiet island. Get there by local long boat 100bht per person, then 200bht tuk tuk. Beautiful room we were above the spa, by far the best room of the resort, stunning views and the most comfortable bed we encountered in Thailand. Staff really helpful. Will return.

The hotel is right on the beach, with a view onto the islands of the bay. The location is next to all the best restaurants and just in front of the sea. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Really luxurious. Upgraded our room without having to ask. Open room concept is nice. Enough privacy, but blend in with surroundings. Bungalows all have nice seaview and are centered around grass field with palm trees. Nice rectangular infinity pool in the middle. Breakfast and restaurant are good. Beach is very nice. Magnificent view to the other side.

You pay for it, of course. Stay and trips are costly. Could only afford one night here. But it was totally worth it.

Well located. A team dedicated to its customers notably relating to local tours/visits, motorcyles rental, etc. Incredible view on Andaman Sea from one of the 2 swimming pools. Good thai food at the restaurant.

I had an amazing time at this place! The location is just perfect, nestled amongst the swaying palm trees right on the beautiful beach with a view of the islands in the bay. The staff here are exceptional, providing top-notch service. They made sure that all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed sipping my welcome drink on the terrace, taking in the stunning surroundings. The resort offers various activities such as bicycle hire and snorkeling, keeping guests entertained and active throughout their stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The place is beautiful. Amazing view. Beautiful beach, great pool. Nice bathrooms with open shower section. Actually the whole room is sort of open. You do not get a key. There is a small safe for your valuables. A truly paradise if you want a relaxing holiday in an island that has not yet been discovered by the mass. People are relaxed and smile at tourists. The water is beatiful infront of the hotel, but not as in the phi phi island, due to a lot of mud around the beaches. If you take a trip around this tiny island you will see that this hotel has by far the best location of all hotels and bungalows (there are not many..).

Difficult to arrive. The hotel charges 50% more for all transfers than any other agency you can find on the island. Try the french restaurant in the city if you need any advice. They are helpful. We saved a lot on transfers by asking them. The hotel is isolated, which of course is nice when you want a quiet holiday. But be prepared for that. The staff in the restaurant is extremely slow and not happy about working there. Very stiff attitude. The rooms are completely open and your belongings can not be locked in the room. However the island is safe, so no worries. I just got a bit scared upon arrival. A lot of mosquitos, but they have nets over the bed. The beach could be kept more clean, there was a lot of bottles and broken glass that I removed myself. Instead they keep the garden clean. The hotel gets commission on everything you do, if you go through them. Therefore try to avoid getting them involved, and go around by yourself. You will spend a lot in taxis to get around unless you love biking under the sun. The price is high for this place and the standard of the room is not that fantastic. The furniture is worn out and very used, as the net above the bed etc. The cupboard had a really bad smell inside.

It is a beautiful location and resort. I appreciated the fact of their conscience effort to be good to the environment and support to the people of Koh Yao Noi.It is a small facility that is geared to couples. The staff were all extremely friendly and performed excellently, they always remembered who I was.

Incredible setting, fabulous view, lovely garden. Lots of space between units. Friendly staff. Great massages. Free sea kayaks & bikes.

Our stay here was heaven on earth. The staff was helpfull and friendly. You could take the bikes for free which was a great opportunity to explore the island. The houses had a lot of privacy and the fan was sufficient to lower the heat during the night. Great place to stay and we recommend it to everyone...

If we have some remarks it will be the prices for the sodas/drinks, double prices comapared with all the other accommadations in which we stayed during our trip. Also the prices for the day trips arranged by the resort are overpriced. In case you arrange day trips by the locals in their boats visiting the surrond islands etc.you save up 80%! Going to Krabi you can save a lot of money in case you take the local ferry ( 100 BTH instead of 500 BTH a person). In the harbor of Krabi a local bus is waiting for you, take this one and you again save up 75%!

Beautiful spot on island which is not overloaded with tourists like e.g. Ko Phi Phi is. Nice villas, good pool, good food and good staff. Nice excursions possible

Prices for transport and excursions too high. Easy to reach the resort by ferry and tuk tuk which is much cheaper
